Cetinje is a city museum, and it has a lot of interesting stories about the hard but proud life of the people of medieval Montenegro.

   When we reach ‘Lake Peak’, the second highest peak on Mountain Lovcen we will visit the mausoleum that is the burial place of our most famous poet, country and church leader Archbishop Petar II Petrovic Njegos. Keep in mind that to reach the top of the mausoleum you need to walk up to 461 stairs, but the climb is absolutely worth it! You will get to see and understand its great historical background and treat yourself to a remarkable 360 degrees view on Montenegro.
