What’s not allowed • Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage are not permitted inside the complex for security reasons. • Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. • Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the premises. • Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition spaces. Accessibility • The Siena Cathedral complex is not fully wheelchair accessible. Some areas, such as the Facciatone viewpoint and certain historic sections, may not be suitable for visitors with limited mobility. Additional information • Visitors are required to wear modest clothing covering shoulders and knees to enter the cathedral and chapels. • Tickets are valid for three consecutive days from the date of purchase. • The last entry to Siena Cathedral is 30 minutes before closing. • Opening times may change due to liturgical activities. Please check the timings page for daily schedule. • Access to the Oratory of San Bernardino is available only from April to October. • The cathedral’s marble floor is viewable only during certain periods of the year. • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly. • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.
