- Applicable Macau Public Holidays Include: January 1, Chinese New Year period*, Labour Day*, National Day*, Mid-Autumn Festival*, Chung Yeung Festival, December 20, 24–26*, and 31.
- *Golden Week periods related to the above holidays may also be subject to additional surcharges.
- Please kindly provide a contact number with WhatsApp access for easier coordination. One day before the tour, we will create a WhatsApp group including you and the assigned driver, and share the vehicle and driver details to ensure smooth arrangement.
- In case of bad weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), bookings within 24 hours can be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. If you still choose to proceed on the same day, service availability will depend on road and safety conditions, and an additional fee may apply if service is provided.
- Please note that smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle for all passengers.
- Pick up coverage area: Any Macau hotel, Macau Outer Harbor, Taipa Ferry Terminal, Border Gate in Macau of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port, Macau International Airport.
