During your Portuguese Traditional Cooking Class, our team of competent and empathic chefs and instructors will guide you through the preparation, step-by-step, of a 4-course meal of typical Portuguese cuisine. Our menus change seasonally so you can enjoy the freshest and premium ingredients Portugal has to offer. Don't expect to enjoy our world famous “Feijoada Transmontana” (Beans and Chorizo Stew) on the peak of summer. What can you expect from your experience?! Well, this much: - Up to 3 hours of a fun and enriching cultural and gastronomic experience - To learn the basics of Portuguese gastronomy during the hands-on preparation of a 4-course meal - Preparing and baking Pastel de Nata (puff pastry pre-prepared) - Finger food and beverages to help you endure the journey - Portuguese wines and beers cannot be missed out and are included in our experience, as well as other non-alcoholic beverages.
