Enjoy an exclusive cooking class with a professional chef at a charming location right in the historical center of Bellagio. Our pasta class is dedicated to discovering how to make pasta from scratch. You'll learn all the tips & tricks to make egg pasta dough and water pasta dough. Making pasta sheet, slicing tagliatelle, and fettuccine. After we'll explain how to make gnocchi and prepare our most delicious Italian dessert. We'll provide you utensils, food and everything need to make it. Families, friends, and people curious about food are warmly welcome to spend this time with Alessandro for an authentic Italian experience! We prefer to host people from 1 to 5 person for a more personal experience.

Our professional chef will welcome you at an enchanting and cozy apartment with an ancient fireplace to sit around and a secret court yard to relax and enjoy the meal you cooked. With his guidance you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta and gnocchi from scratch and a delicious Italian dessert. You will be guided through every step always using fresh, seasonal and healthy ingredients. Inhibitions fall away when engaged in chopping or rolling pasta dough – a great way to get conversation flowing. Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Bring your friends and try your hand at creating your own culinary masterpiece. The package includes complimentary tickets to the magnificent Villa Melzi’s gardens.

Meet us at Salita Plinio, 24 in Bellagio (2min walk from San Giacomo's Church). Our chef will welcome you there and take you to our charming historical house to start your cooking class.
