Start your adventure with a tour of our beautiful terraced gardens, exploring the lemon grove and vegetable garden while learning about the sustainable farming practices that preserve the Amalfi Coast’s unique environment and cuisine. Next, hand-pick fresh seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs to craft your pizza. The pizza-making takes place right in the heart of the gardens, with a stunning sea view surrounding you. Under the expert guidance of our pizzaiolo, you'll prepare the dough, fresh mozzarella, and tomato sauce from scratch, learning the techniques to create the perfect base. Stretch the dough by hand and shape your own traditional Neapolitan-style pizza. During the class, you’ll also taste other pizzas made by the pizzaiolo. Once your pizza is ready, bake it to perfection in our wood-fired oven. Finally, enjoy your homemade pizza in the gardens, complemented by local wine, Limoncello, and Neapolitan coffee, all while soaking in the breathtaking view. Come hungry—by the end of the class, you'll be full from all the delicious pizzas! This hands-on experience connects you to local culture, sustainable practices, and the beauty of the Amalfi Coast.

"Amalfi Heaven Gardens", in front of GAS Bar, about 1 km from Amalfi town center, easily reachable on foot (~20 minutes), by bus, or by car. Paid parking available at GAS Bar. Our hosts will be waiting in front of GAS Bar 15 minutes before the class starts, holding an ORANGE UMBRELLA.
