   We will do a brief introduction to the team. We will walk yo

   We will do a brief introduction to the team. We will walk you through the ingredients and what we will do together. For the Pizza experience we will show you how to light the oven & fold the pizza dough. You will then get dough to stretch, add toppings and load into the oven. Once baked we will sit under our portico and eat the pizza family style accompanied by salad, local wines and a homemade dessert. For the pasta Experience will we measure and combine ingredients. We will show you kneeding techniques you will be able to work your own dough. While the pasta is resting we will make a seasonal sauce explaining ingredients. Once rested we will form the dough into flat pasta sheets and cut we will use but rolling pin & pasta machine followed by hand cutting. Once cut we will cook the pasta and combine with our seasonal fresh sauce and serve accompanied by salad, a local wine & dessert. We will serve this at our table under the portico. For both you will go home with a recipe for pasta or pizza dough with measurements so you can recreate your own!
