Join us in cooking a full traditional Santorini menu & baking a local dessert!! Our local host and chef will guide you in preparing a typical 5 course local lunch using only fresh locally sourced products!! And prepare and bake one of the most typical local desserts!! The cooking classes take place in one of the oldest stone cave houses of Megalochori village, which has maintained all of its traditional character and features!! Once the preparation and the cooking of the menu is completed, you will have the chance to enjoy your lunch at your leisure in our traditional dining room or outside under our magnificent bougainvillea tree!! Local Santorini Assyrtiko wine is served throughout the preparation of our menu and of course during lunch!!

Join us in cooking a most traditional Santorini lunch menu !! During our cooking classes we will prepare all together - along with the guidance of our chef - a full traditional local Santorini Menu !! At the end of the lesson you will be able to enjoy the lunch we have all cooked together in the traditional setting of the cave house or under our magnificent bougainvillea tree!! 1. Santorini Salad, Our most traditional & fresh salad with local santorini tomatoes, cucumber, onions, green peppers, capers 2. Tomato Fritters, Local Santorini recipe using tomatoes, flour, spices and herbs to create the traditional fritters of the island 3. Fava, Santorini Fava Bean Spread using locally sourced beans 4. Santorini Garlic Pasta, Traditional Santorini main course of pasta in a red sauce with garlic Local Santorini Assyrtiko wine is served throughout the preparation of the menu and of course during lunch!!
