Your pasta-making class takes place in a charming cooking school in Rome's most beloved neighborhood with a modern kitchen and charming dining area reserved just for your small group. Begin with a prosecco and aperitivo as you greet your fellow travelers and cook. Your local chef will begin to act as a tutor and give you the fundamentals of creating incredible fettuccine and ravioli pasta from scratch with two traditional sauces (white and red). They will offer their tried-and-true tips passed down from generations of Italian families. As the pasta dries and settles, the chef will prepare your dessert: Italy's beloved gelato. Finally, enjoy your pasta with a perfectly paired wine before digging into the homemade gelato to finish things off. At the end of the 3 hours, you can choose to stay in the space with your new friends or venture out to explore the nearby streets that make up lovely Trastevere. Prefer pizza instead? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a red bag or Devour Tours sign. This tour meets at Piazza di San Giovanni della Malva, 00153 Roma RM. Meet in the square in front of the San Giovanni della Malva church.
