Additional information Alcobaça Monastery • The upper floor of the cloister is closed to the public for security reasons. • The maximum visit period for groups is 1 hour. Lisbon Card • Each attraction can be visited only once with the use of the card. • The ticket is valid for 24h, 48h, or 72h depending on the option selected once redeemed. • The card does not include fast-track entry to the attractions. • All cards must be exchanged at the same redemption point. • Please check the operating hours of the attractions prior to your visit. • Please note that most national monuments are closed on the following dates: 1 Jan, Easter Sunday, 1 May, 24 & 25 Dec, and on municipal holidays (13 June in Lisbon & 29 June in Sintra). • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly. • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
