- Guests arriving on a cruise ship-we pick up right beside the cruise ship-30 metres from where you exit the Customs Hall dockside. If you are leaving the cruise ship, we can store your luggage in our Mercedes luggage hold throughout the tour. Then at the end of the tour drop you off at your Auckland Hotel or at a taxi stand to enable you to get a taxi to the airport is you are flying out later in the day (we do not offer an airport drop-off service).
- We pick up ONLY from all Downtown CBD Accommodation (Hotels, BNBs, Backpackers Hotels etc) and also the cruise terminals for guests arriving by cruise ship. We do not pick up in the suburbs of Auckland.
