私たちの家族へようこそ！
私たちはロッコとカルラで、小さなヘルパーのアレクサンドロとマンマ・アンナマリアと一緒に、ユニークな体験をしていただけることをお待ちしています。おいしい食べ物への情熱とレストランの世界での相互経験が、美食への情熱、家族の伝統、そして私たちの土地の産物を使って調理された本物の料理を組み合わせるという私たちのプロジェクトに命を吹き込みました。 60 年代にはすでにパパ ベニアミノ (BÈ) として、料理体験を提供して世界中からのゲストを喜ばせていました。 2019年より「家族のような」おもてなしをモットーに全力で取り組んでまいりました。私たちのレシピ、伝統、そして食への愛情を、その記憶をそのままに保ちながら伝えていくことほど誇りに思うことはありません。
