今回は、イタリアのどの家庭でも毎週日曜日に食卓に並ぶ、定番のイタリア料理を2品ご紹介します。専門ガイドと一緒にパスタ博物館を訪れます。歴史的・理論的な導入の後、実践的な部分に移り、イタリアを世界的に有名にした2つのグルメ料理、ラザニアとティラミスを、ご自身の手で作っていただきます！

Our cooking school is located at Lungarno Guicciardini 17r, 50125 Florence. NOTE: ‘r’ stands for RED. Florence uses two numbering systems: red for businesses, blue for residences. Look for number 17 in RED — not the blue one — and ring the bell marked "PASTA EXPERIENCE" to be let in.
