Prepararemos dos platos clásicos italianos que están presentes en la mesa de toda familia italiana que se precie todos los domingos. Visitaremos el Museo de la Pasta con un guía experto. Haremos una introducción histórica/teórica y luego pasaremos a la parte práctica, donde podrás preparar con tus propias manos dos platos gourmet que han hecho famosa a Italia en todo el mundo: ¡Lasaña y Tiramisú!

Our cooking school is located at Lungarno Guicciardini 17r, 50125 Florence. NOTE: ‘r’ stands for RED. Florence uses two numbering systems: red for businesses, blue for residences. Look for number 17 in RED — not the blue one — and ring the bell marked "PASTA EXPERIENCE" to be let in.
