Wir werden zwei klassische italienische Gerichte zubereiten, die auf dem Tisch jeder anständigen italienischen Familie jeden Sonntag zu finden sind. Wir werden das Pastamuseum mit einem fachkundigen Führer besuchen. Wir werden zunächst eine historische/theoretische Einführung geben und dann zum praktischen Teil übergehen, in dem Sie zwei Gourmetgerichte selbst zubereiten können, die Italien in der ganzen Welt berühmt gemacht haben: Lasagne und Tiramisu!

Our cooking school is located at Lungarno Guicciardini 17r, 50125 Florence. NOTE: ‘r’ stands for RED. Florence uses two numbering systems: red for businesses, blue for residences. Look for number 17 in RED — not the blue one — and ring the bell marked "PASTA EXPERIENCE" to be let in.
