- The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya and if your hotel is not in our routes we are going to confirm the pickup at the nearest point available
- The average temperature of the Cenote water is between 75 and 78°F during the year.
- The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.
