What’s not allowed • Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and any type of weapon are strictly prohibited. • Large suitcases, coolers, and bags over 24" (L) x 15" (W) x 18" (H) are not allowed. • Drones, remote-controlled devices, skateboards, scooters, and inline skates are prohibited inside the parks. • Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. • Loose or dry ice, glass containers, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Accessibility • All parks are wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances and facilities throughout. • Accessible and companion restrooms are located in multiple areas. • Service animals are welcome in most locations; check park guidelines for attraction-specific rules. Additional information • All guests must pass through security screening before entering. • Children under 14 must be accompanied by a guest aged 14 or older. • Re-entry on the same day is allowed with a valid ticket and hand stamp. • Stroller rentals are available at the park entrance. • Inappropriate swimwear, swimwear with buckles, rivets, zippers, or exposed metal, and other sharp objects are not allowed in the water park. • Jeans and wetsuits are prohibited on the water park rides, including but not limited to Bay Slides, Humunga Kowabunga, Ketchakiddee Creek, and Storm Slides. • Children of diaper-wearing age must wear swim diapers or plastic pants. • Complimentary life jackets are available at self-serve racks throughout the parks. • Some rides have age and height requirements and may need adult supervision. • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly. • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point. • Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
