Visitors leave with a better understanding of Alsatian wines and the memory of an authentic encounter with a family of winegrowers. An immersive tour behind the scenes at the estate, including a visit to the cellar. A feminine perspective on wine, emphasising finesse, elegance and respect for the grapes. A unique and personalised tasting: you choose and taste seven organic Alsace wines from single-vineyard selections. Compare two terroirs and tailor your tasting experience to your preferences. Muriel brings a modern, feminine approach to winemaking, drawing on a heritage spanning seven generations of winegrowers. Her wines are both fruity and elegant, produced with respect for nature, and form part of a contemporary scene along the wine route. This tour will take you behind the scenes at the estate, where you’ll discover the winemaking, storage and bottling facilities. You’ll gain an insight into Muriel’s unique philosophy and her feminine approach to wine, based on uncompromising organic methods. All the details will be revealed to you on the day! Following this fascinating insight, you’ll have the chance to take part in a guided tasting of seven local wines, accompanied by a slice of kougelhopf and some crackers. We offer a selection of over twenty different wines: traditional classics, old-vine selections, as well as unusual cuvées and regional wines. You’re sure to find something to satisfy your tastes and surprise your friends.
