Our guests are picked up from their hotels in the morning. The pickup process may take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the locations of the hotels. Once everyone is on board, we gather at our tour's starting point: the Total Energy Gas Station. Here, your tour guide will greet you and allow a short shopping break where you can purchase any additional gear you might need for the day such as water guns, waterproof phone cases, or non-slip water shoes (all available at an extra cost). After preparations are complete, we set off in convoy for an exciting day ahead.

With a height of 300 meters and a total length of 18 kilometers, this natural wonder is ideal for both cooling off and exploration. You will have 50–60 minutes of free time to explore the canyon at your own pace. Afterwards, guests who wish can join optional activities such as Ringo rafting or Monster safari (extra charges apply).
