- Some hotels in the city centre can only be accessed by vehicles during certain morning hours because they are located in pedestrian zones. If we are unable to drive directly to your hotel, we will send you a location pin for the nearest possible pickup point.
- All groups are guided by official guides working for the Wieliczka Salt Mine Museum. The tour takes place in a standard group of up to 35 people.
- -The pickup time may be up to 40 minutes earlier or later, depending on the location. However, the entire pickup process takes a maximum of 20–30 minutes. -Some of the hotels are in closed vehicle zones. Then the pickup will be from the nearest possible place. -You will be picked up by a minivan with a maximum of 8 seats. - If you don’t want to return to your hotel after the tour, the driver can drop you off in the city centre. However, the exact location will depend on his return route and can be agreed with him after the tour.
