The experience will continue with Andean bites where you will learn about the flora and fauna of this unique region, and get more familiar with some foods that you probably never heard about before. Then, it will be the Amazon’s turn! Although we often refer to Peru’s three regions, you will learn that there’s more to it at this stop. You will savour different spices and ingredients that grow in the Peruvian jungle. We will then head to the next restaurant featuring the Pacific Coast. You will get to savour fresh fish, seafood and other unusual ingredients from the sea cooked in diversified and fascinating ways! And guess what: there will be dessert… if you can finish everything! During this Lima Gourmet Tour, you will be invited to discover a series of exquisite bites that showcases how biodiversity-rich Peru is, while digging head-first into Peruvian history and culture.
