On the East side of Madeira lies a really popular tour which offers dramatic mountain and forest views, as well as some of the best coastal views available on the island. The tour, which includes a three-course meal, is done in modern air-conditioned minibuses that only seat 8 or 15 people plus the guide/driver.

- At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide. If there is 5 or less people that speak the same language they may be mixed with a bus that speaks another language. The guide will however be speaking in all the languages required.
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
- The tour route can be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic restrictions and weather.

- Tickets for Levada Balcões must be purchased through the Simplifica application. Guests are required to purchase their own tickets. Please select PR11 Vereda dos Balcões with a time slot between 11:00 and 11:30, then proceed with payment and finalization. Please note that once the payment is made, this service is non-refundable.”

- Departure Point: Your hotel Address: If hotel pick up is not possible then you will have to make your way to Cabel Car or H&M Store in Funchal. Guests coming by car to Funchal from Calheta, Ponta do Sol, Santana, São Vicente pick ups will be by the bus stop of Hotel Madeira Panoramico there is free on this road. Directions: For all tourists coming off a cruise ship we will collect you from the first roundabout coming out from the harbour. This is a 5 minute walk. Dates: Daily Return point: Returns to original departure point Tour starts between 8h00, 08h45 and 9:30am. Pick up from hotels is between 8 and 9am, depending on the area of the hotel. Please note pick ups for Santa Cruz area have an aditional cost of 6,00€ per person to pick up and drop off, or can meet us in Caniço area pick up in caniço is free. Please note that levada walks such as balcões have an aditional cost of 3,00€ payed driectly on the walk by cash or credit card.
