Formed by ancient watercourses that carved through limestone over thousands of years, the Seven Hanging Valleys reveal a dramatic landscape where the deep blue of the Atlantic contrasts with the warm ochre and golden tones of the cliffs. After the walk comes the reward: a private lunch at Algarve Gourmet overlooking the vineyard, featuring seven signature culinary creations, each inspired by one of the valleys explored during the hike and paired with carefully selected local wines. Alternatively, you could opt for a full traditional meal.
