- Pickup Information! If you are arriving in Akureyri by cruise ship, please ensure you have provided us with the name of your vessel, as there are multiple ports in Akureyri. Tangabryggja Port: Just outside the cruise ship area, you will see several small wooden houses. Star Travel is located at house number 3, and we will meet you there. Oddeyrarbryggja Port: Right outside the ship, you will find an Icewear shop. Next to it is the designated agent area where all tour agents wait for their customers. We will be there with a Star Travel sign. Look for one of our colleagues wearing a bright yellow jacket. If you are staying in Akureyri, please ensure you have selected the correct accommodation for pickup. Lastly, please make sure the phone number you provided is reachable in case we need to contact you with any updates or changes.
