Please note that we are not able to pick up directly from hotels, Airbnbs, private villas, or residential addresses in Tulum. This local arrangement helps us keep the service organized, punctual, and reliable for all travelers. You will simply need to meet our driver at one of the approved meeting points below. Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras Pickup from Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras is included at no additional cost. Puerto Morelos Pickup from Puerto Morelos has an additional cost of $10 USD per person and is only available on Mondays and Fridays. Please contact us before your tour date to confirm availability.
