Prepareremno due classici piatti della tradizione italiana che ogni domenica sono presenti nelle tavole di ogni famiglia italiana che si rispetti. Visiteremo il Museo della Pasta con una guida esperta. Faremo sia un'introduzione storica/teorica per poi passare alla parte pratica dove voi potrete realizzare con le vostre mani due piatti gourmet che hanno reso l'Italia famosa nel mondo: le Lasagne e il Tiramisù!

Our cooking school is located at Lungarno Guicciardini 17r, 50125 Florence. NOTE: ‘r’ stands for RED. Florence uses two numbering systems: red for businesses, blue for residences. Look for number 17 in RED — not the blue one — and ring the bell marked "PASTA EXPERIENCE" to be let in.
