Kick off your day of excitement at Thorpe Park Resort by heading directly to the entrance and scanning your ticket at the turnstiles. If you plan to leave and return later the same day, make sure to get a hand stamp at the exit for re-entry.

- Know before you go What to bring • Keep your tickets ready on your mobile device or a printed copy to show at the entrance. What’s not allowed • IT: The 4D Experience® is not recommended for guests under 15 years. • Pets are not permitted due to venue restrictions. Accessibility • The experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Use the middle gates at the turnstiles for wheelchair entry. • Guests with valid disability documentation may bring a carer free of charge. • Thorpe Park may not be suitable for guests with back or neck issues, cardiac conditions, high blood pressure, motion sickness, recent surgery, or pregnancy. • Guide dogs are welcome in the park but are not permitted on rides. Additional information • Infants must sit on laps during rides. • Children under 1.2 m can enter free of charge. • Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. • Height restrictions vary by ride, generally between 1.4 m and 1.96 m. • Re-entry requires a hand stamp before exiting the park. • Facilities include toilets, Changing Places facilities, first aid, parking, free Wi-Fi, and lockers. • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly. • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point. • Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
